Products purchased on the site before 11am on a business day are typically processed within the same day. Orders placed after 11am on a business day will be processed the following business day. Orders placed on the weekend will be processed the next business day.

For returns, you may email customer service to receive a return shipping label. Returns should be sent in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories and paperwork), and accompanied by the bill of sale to facilitate efficient management. In case of an exchange or refund request, you should pay the return shipping fees.
